Vom 15. April bis 9. Mai könnt ihr wieder für euer Picknick bei mir vorbestellen. 

Die Lieferung erfolgt auch wie letztes Jahr an den Clara Zetkin Park. 

Infos/Ablauf/Abholung

Kommunikation

Damit euch eure Bestellungen vor Ort gut erreichen, und vorausgesetzt, ich darf eure Nummer verwenden, schickt mir bitte eure Telefonnummer und Bestellnummer per Mail cakeme@thecakebaroness.de oder per WhatsApp +49 152 336 22 900.

Ich werde euch dann auf dieser Nummer in einem Messenger eurer Wahl schon vorab kontaktieren, damit ihr Kontaktbestätigung bekommt.

Mögliche Kanäle für mich sind WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal oder SMS.

Nach dem WGT werden eure Nummern selbstverständlich wieder gelöscht und auch zu keinem Zeitpunkt mit einem Google-Konto synchronisiert.

Vor dem WGT (bis Donnerstag 16.05.): Ich begebe mich ab dem 09.05. in die Backstube - d.h. neben Schokolade und Kuchen habe ich eher weniger Zeit auch Mails abzuarbeiten, aber ich halte Ausschau nach euren Fragen! Wenn es dringend ist, erreicht ihr mich über Instagram und WhatsApp.

WGT (ab Freitag 17.05.): Während der Fahrt nach Leipzig lese ich aus Sicherheitsgründen keine geschriebenen Nachrichten! Sollte ich bei der Fahrt eine Pause einlegen, kann ich zu dem Zeitpunkt antworten. 

Sobald ich in Hamburg losfahre, sende ich euch per Messenger eine Nachricht (nicht personalisiert) mit einem ungefähren Ankunftszeitraum in Leipzig. Solltet ihr diese Nachricht bis 12 Uhr nicht erhalten, dann meldet euch bitte telefonisch oder per Messenger bei mir. Es kann sein, dass dann ein technisches Problem vorlag (kam schonmal vor).

Ihr könnt mich gern in dringenden Fällen anrufen, ich benutze dafür meine Freisprechanlage. Ab dem Ankunftszeitpunkt in Leipzig bin ich auch wieder per Messenger und Telefon erreichbar. Dabei ist zu beachten, dass der Telefon-/Internet-Empfang eventuell am Park recht schlecht ist.

Meine Anfahrt/Ausgabeort

Ich plane aufgrund von Baustellen, Unfällen und Pfingstverkehr extra viel Zeit ein. Mein Plan ist es, ab 14 Uhr am Park anzukommen und bis ca. 16 Uhr für euch dort vor Ort zu sein. Dass das durch den Verkehr am Ende ganz anders aussehen kann, haben wir die letzten Jahre gelernt. Ich bitte daher um etwas Flexibilität. Ihr bekommt von mir Updates zwischendurch.

Ich fahre den Rennbahnweg an, mit dem Navi-Ziel der Rennbahn Scheibenholz. Da ich nicht planen kann, wo ein Parkplatz frei ist, haltet nach einem blauen VW Tiguan aus Hamburg (HH) Ausschau. Zur Not stehe ich in der zweiten Reihe und muss manchmal für andere Autos Platz machen. Wenn es eure erste Bestellung ist, keine Sorge, wir finden uns!

Abholung

Zwar steht der genaue Zeitpunkt noch nicht fest, doch am Nachmittag kurz vor meiner Ankunft sende ich meinen Live-Standort über WhatsApp an alle die, von denen ich die Nummer in einem Messenger habe. So könnt ihr sehen, wo ich bin und wie lange ich vielleicht noch bis zur Rennbahn benötige (plant dabei Stadtverkehr ein :) ). Wir finden uns auf jeden Fall!

Ihr benötigt bitte eure BESTELLNUMMER für die Abholung. Alles ist anhand der Bestellnummern verpackt und beschriftet. Das macht es bei der Ausgabe sehr viel schneller und einfacher, eure Bestellung zu finden <3

WICHTIG

Wer seine Bestellung am Freitag 17.05. nicht abholt, verzichtet damit auf die Bestellung. Ich werde sie in dem Fall nicht stornieren und es gibt keine Erstattung.

• Solltet ihr verhindert sein, bitte organisiert euch Abholer.
• Solltet ihr u.U. keine Nachricht am Freitag 17.05. von mir bekommen, dann liegt dass nicht daran, dass ich nicht da bin, sondern eher am Empfang oder einem technischen Problem. Meldet euch daher bei mir, damit ich das abgleichen kann!
• Wenn ihr schon vor dem WGT wisst, dass ihr verhindert oder krank seid, dann lasst es mich bitte wissen! In dem Fall kann nach Absprache eine Erstattung möglich sein.

From 15.04.-09.05. you can preorder your WGT sweets in my shop. The delivery will be directly to the Clara Zetkin Park for the Picnic.

Communication

To get in contact with you, if I am allowed to use your number, please send me your phone number and order number via Mail to cakeme@thecakebaroness.de or via WhatsApp to +4915233622900.

I will contact you then on this number to confirm the contact.

Other channels for phone contact are WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, SMS.

After the WGT your numbers will be deleted.

Before WGT (till Thursday 16.05.): From the 09.05. I will be backing for you, which means besides chocolate and cake I have no capacity to check thoroughly through my mails. However am on the lookout for your questions! I fit is urgent, it is better to reach me via Instagram and WhatsApp during that time.

WGT (from Friday 17.05.): During the travel to Leipzig I will not read messages due to safety reasons! In case of a break in between, I can answer.

As soon as I start in Hamburg, I send a message via messenger (non personalized) with an estimate arrival time. If you do not get this message till 12 pm (lunch time), please contact me via call or messenger, it could be, that there has been a technical issue (happened before unfortunately).

In urgent cases you can call me, I use a car hands free system. From the moment of arrival I will be available via messenger and phone again. Please have in mind, that phone and internet may be not connected in the park area because of the amount of people present.

Delivery

Due to construction work and holidays, I plan extra driving time. My plan is to arrive at 2pm at the park and to hand out your sweets till 4 pm. That this plan can look very different due to traffic, we experienced before. I kindly ask you therefor for a bit of flexibility. You will receive updates from me in between.

I will drive to the „Rennbahnweg“, with the destination in my navigation system “Rennbahn Scheibenholz”. As I cannot plan, where there will be an empty parking space, please have a look out for a blue VW Tiguan with a Hamburg (HH) license plate. In case, I might stand in second line for parking and might have to switch places in between. If it is your first order, do not worry, we find us!

Pick Up

Even though the exact point of time of pick up is not given yet, but right before my arrival I will send you my live location via messenger if we had contact via messenger before. Like this you can follow along on see, how long I might need to the Rennbahn. We will not miss each other! Don’t worry! :)

For the pickup, you will need your order number. Everything is packaged and labeled with the order numbers to find it faster, so please have it on hand! Like this, we can be faster :)

IMPORTANT

If you do not pick up your order on Friday, 17.05., you will forgo your order. In this case, I will not cancel your order and you will not get your money back.

• If you won’t be able to pick up your order, make sure to organize yourself someone, who can pick it up.  
• In case you do not get a message on Friday 17.05. from me, then this doesn’t mean am not there. It is probably reception or a technical difficulty. Please make sure to contact me in this case, so we can resolve it.
• If you know before the WGT, that you will not be able to attend due to sickness or other reasons, please let me know! In this case, we can talk about a refund.
